Abstract
GB/T 2951 specifies the test methods for polymer insulation and sheath materials of power distribution and communication cables and optical cables, including those used on ships and offshore platforms. This part of GB/T 2951 stipulates the high-temperature pressure test method and the anti-cracking test method. It is applicable to the insulation and sheath materials of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) used in wires, cables, and optical cables.
