Abstract
This part of GB/T 8287 is applicable to electrical devices or equipment with an AC nominal voltage higher than 1,000 V and a frequency not exceeding 100 Hz, as well as indoor and outdoor post insulators made of porcelain or glass and their components. Post insulators for DC systems can be implemented in accordance with this part. This part is not applicable to composite insulators or indoor post insulators made of organic materials.
