Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, and methods of in vitro preservation of chrysanthemum germplasm resources at room temperature, low temperature, and ultra-low temperature, as well as regeneration and detection methods.
This standard is applicable to the in vitro preservation of chrysanthemum germplasm resources. The preservation of other germplasm resources of the genus Chrysanthemum can be carried out with reference to this standard.
