Abstract
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, etc. of partially depleted gold-silicon surface barrier detectors (referred to as detectors). This standard applies to partially depleted gold-silicon surface barrier detectors (excluding position-sensitive detectors). Lithium-drifted gold-silicon surface barrier detectors can also be implemented in accordance with this standard.
