Abstract
This part of DB32/T 1321 specifies the general requirements for the construction of a safety monitoring and early warning system for major hazardous sources of dangerous chemicals, the overall structure of the system, technical requirements, general design requirements for equipment configuration, and inspection and acceptance. This part is applicable to the construction of safety monitoring and early warning systems for major hazardous sources of dangerous chemicals in new or modified and expanded projects of units engaged in the production, storage, operation, and use of dangerous chemicals.
