This document describes the testing device and equipment, pre-test preparation, testing principles, and testing procedures for testing the wavefront aberrations of microlenses in microlens arrays.
This document is applicable to wavefront aberration testing of microlens arrays composed of very small lenses, which are formed on the inside or on one or more surfaces of a common substrate.
