GB/T 15849-2025 Leakage test methods for sealed sources
Abstract
This document specifies the different leakage test methods and selection requirements for sealed radioactive sources, and establishes a comprehensive set of inspection procedures using both radioactive and non-radioactive methods.
This document applies to the following situations:
a) Leakage tests conducted during the classification of test sources according to GB 4075;
b) Production quality control tests for various sealed sources;
c) Regular inspections of sealed radioactive sources conducted at specified intervals during their effective service life.
This document does not address special situations requiring specific inspections.
