Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements and methods for quality control testing of afterloaded γ-ray sources in brachytherapy.
This standard applies to quality control testing of afterloaded 192Ir and 60Co brachytherapy sources. The testing of other γ-ray sources used in brachytherapy should be conducted in accordance with this standard.
