Abstract
This part of GB/T 18654 specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, preparation of slide specimens, and karyotype analysis for chromosome karyotyping of fish. This part is applicable to the karyotype analysis of farmed fish, and it can also be used as a reference for the karyotype analysis of natural fish populations and other aquatic animals.
