Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for tour guide services and the principles for handling various issues during the tour guide service process.
This standard applies to the services provided by tour guides of travel agencies within the People's Republic of China during the reception of tourist groups (tourists). The outbound tour leader service should also apply this standard.
