GB/T 22271.2-2008 Plastics—Polyoxymethylene(POM)moulding and extrusion materials—Part 2:Preparation of test specimens and determination of properties
Abstract
This part of GB/T 22271 specifies the test methods for the preparation and performance determination of polyformaldehyde molding and extrusion materials. It gives the requirements for sample preparation, pre-test treatment, and state adjustment before molding and testing. It specifies the methods and conditions for sample preparation, as well as the methods for measuring samples. It lists the performance characteristics and test methods for polyformaldehyde molding and extrusion materials. These performance characteristics are selected from the general test methods in GB/T 19467—2004. Other widely used or important test methods for molding and extrusion materials are also included in this standard, such as the specified performance, melt flow rate, and tensile modulus specified in Part 1. In order to obtain repeatable and comparable test results, it is necessary to adopt the sample preparation methods and state adjustment specified in this part, as well as the sample size and test methods. Data obtained from samples of different sizes or prepared by different methods are not comparable.
