GB/T 25915.2-2010 Cleanrooms and associated controlled environments—Part 2:Specifications for testing and monitoring to prove continued compliance with GB/T 25915.1
Abstract
This part of GB/T 25915 specifies the requirements for regular testing of cleanrooms or clean areas to demonstrate their continued compliance with the airborne particle concentration levels specified in GB/T 25915.1.
These requirements include the graded testing of cleanrooms or clean areas as described in GB/T 25915.1. In addition, other testing items implemented in accordance with the requirements of this part are also specified. Optional testing items that can be implemented according to user requirements are also described in this part.
This part also specifies the requirements for monitoring cleanrooms or clean areas (hereinafter referred to as "facilities") to provide evidence of their continued compliance with the airborne particle concentration levels specified in GB/T 25915.1.
