Abstract
This part of GB/T 25915 specifies the basic requirements for the operation of cleanrooms, intended for use by personnel preparing to use and operate cleanrooms. The content of this part does not address safety issues directly related to pollution control. Relevant issues should comply with national and local safety regulations. This part applies to cleanrooms at all levels for the production of various products and has a wide range of applications, but does not address the specific requirements of various industries. This part does not include the routine monitoring methods and planning details of cleanrooms.
