Abstract
This part of GB9706 stipulates the general requirements for the basic safety and basic performance of ME devices and ME systems. This part applies to medical electrical equipment and medical electrical systems (hereinafter referred to as ME devices and ME systems). This document applies to functional near-infrared spectroscopy devices (hereinafter referred to as ME devices) that, either by themselves or as part of an ME system, achieve the intended purpose of assisting in diagnosis, ensuring their basic safety and basic performance.
