GB/T 14536.1-2022 Active

In general, this document of GB/T 14536 applies to electrical automatic controllers used in household and similar devices, or together with these devices. These devices can use electric, gas, oil, solid fuels, solar energy, or a combination of these energy sources.
Note 1: In this document, the term "device" means "appliance and equipment".
Example 1: Controllers for appliances within the scope of IEC 60335.
This document applies to building automation controllers within the scope of GB/T 28847.
This document also applies to electrical automatic controllers for devices that may be used in public places, such as those used in shops, offices, hospitals, farms, and commercial and industrial applications.
Example 2: Controllers for commercial catering, heating, and air conditioning equipment.
This document also applies to standalone controllers used as part of a control system, or controllers mechanically combined with multi-functional controllers with non-electrical outputs.
Example 3: Independently installed water valves, controllers in smart grid systems, and controllers in building automation systems within the scope of ISO 16484-2.
This document also applies to relays used as controllers in appliances specified by IEC 60335, and additional requirements for the safety and operating values of such relays are provided in Annex U.
Note 2: These requirements refer to IEC 61810-1.
Note 3: This document is intended for testing any standalone relays intended to be used as a controller in appliances that comply with the requirements specified in IEC 60335-1. It cannot be used for any other standalone relays, nor can it be used to replace GB/T 21711 (all parts).
Unless explicitly mentioned in relevant special requirements standards or device standards, this document does not apply to electrical automatic controllers in industrial process applications.
