This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, and inspection of electronic universal testing machines (hereinafter referred to as "testing machines") used for mechanical property tests of metal materials.
The design, manufacture, and inspection of electronic universal testing machines used for mechanical property tests of non-metallic materials shall be implemented in accordance with this document.
