GB/T 1149.14-2008 Internal combustion engines—Piston rings—Part 14:Coil-spring-loaded oil control rings
Abstract
This part of GB/T 1149 specifies the basic dimensional characteristics of helical spring oil rings with piston ring models of DSF-C, DSF-CNP, SSF, GSF, DSF, DSF-NG, and SSF-L.
It is recommended to use materials of grade 10 as specified in ISO 66213 for the cast iron ring body of helical spring oil rings. For special requirements, materials of grades 20 to 50 can be selected.
The surface of the oil ring and the corresponding spring groove design can be selected as either ordinary or chrome-plated according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
