JJG 691-2014 Multi-Rate Electricity Meters for Measuring Alternating-current Electrical Energy
Abstract
This procedure applies to the initial and subsequent verification of multi-tariff AC energy meters (referred to as multi-tariff meters) with a reference frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz.
This procedure applies to multi-tariff meters with digital displays and time switches, and those using batteries (or capacitors) as backup power sources.
For multi-functional energy meters with time-sharing metering, the same verification items shall be carried out in accordance with this procedure.
This procedure does not apply to on-site inspections of multi-tariff meters.
