Abstract
This standard specifies the basis and application of electrical and electronic safety publications, including basic safety publications and multi-disciplinary shared safety publications. It describes the technical communication methods between technical committees with horizontal safety functions or multi-disciplinary safety functions. The "safety" referred to in this standard applies to the safety of one or more combinations involving people, property, or the environment. Note: The publications mentioned in this standard are limited to electrical and electronic safety standard documents, see 3.1. This standard applies to the preparation of electrical and electronic safety publications.
