GB 38468-2019 Limit of harmful substances of interior floor coatings
Abstract
This standard specifies the allowable limits of substances harmful to human health and the environment in indoor floor coatings, including terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, and packaging labels.
Note: "Indoor" refers to the interior of a place with either a covered top or both a covered top and sides, such as industrial plants, underground parking garages, hospitals, schools, gymnasiums, etc., as opposed to places with no covering on the top or sides.
This standard applies to all types of indoor floor coatings that are applied on cement mortar, concrete, stone, plastic, or steel floor substrates and serve decorative and protective purposes, as well as other special functions (such as antistatic, corrosion resistance, and anti-slip). These coatings are primarily based on organic polymers as the main binder, and include primers, intermediate coats, topcoats, and overcoats.
