Abstract
This standard specifies the scope, terms and definitions, order content, dimensions, shapes, weights, and allowable deviations of easy-to-cut structural steel, as well as technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates. This standard applies to steel products such as bar steel, coil steel, steel wire, steel plate, and steel strip used in mechanical cutting and processing. Its chemical composition is also applicable to ingots, billets, and their products.
