Abstract
This standard specifies the principles, reagents, instruments, equipment, analytical procedures, precision, and recovery rates for determining metal and non-metal impurity elements in inorganic chemical products using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).
This standard is applicable to liquid samples containing various metal and non-metal impurity elements in inorganic chemical products, or samples directly injected after matrix removal, which are analyzed using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).
