Abstract
This document specifies a uniaxial torsion test method for metal wires with a nominal diameter (or characteristic size) of 0.1 mm to 14 mm to evaluate their ability to withstand plastic deformation.
After consultation with relevant parties, the uniaxial torsion test for metal wire products of other specifications can be carried out in accordance with this document.
