GB/T 19668.3-2017 Information technology service—Surveillance—Part 3:Operations and maintenance surveillance specification
Abstract
This part of GB/T 19668 specifies the supervision requirements, supervision content, and key points for operation and maintenance supervision and related information technology services (hereinafter referred to as supervision and related services). Specific supervision requirements are provided for four types of operation and maintenance services: infrastructure, software, data, and information security. This part is applicable to: -- Organizations planning to provide operation and maintenance supervision services in establishing a supervision service capability system; -- Operation and maintenance supervision service organizations evaluating their own conditions and capabilities; -- Providing service bases for clients, suppliers, and supervision service organizations in the bidding, implementation, and evaluation stages of operation and maintenance services, and regulating their service behaviors; -- Clients of operation and maintenance services evaluating and selecting operation and maintenance supervision service units.
