Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general principles, price influencing factors, main valuation methods, benchmark land price evaluation, parcel land price evaluation procedures, land price evaluation for different uses, and land price evaluation under different rights statuses for urban land valuation in China.
This standard applies to the evaluation of "benchmark land prices" and "parcel land prices" for construction land within urban areas and independent industrial and mining areas.
The evaluation of rural construction land prices can be carried out in accordance with this standard.
