Abstract
1.1 This section stipulates the basic requirements and implementation procedures for conducting risk-based inspections (hereinafter referred to as RBI) on pressure equipment systems.
1.2 The basic requirements and main procedures stipulated in this section apply to RBI projects implemented on pressure equipment systems in petrochemical plants. RBI projects implemented on other industrial pressure equipment systems can also be used for reference.
