Abstract
This standard specifies the classification, materials, performance, test methods, quality assurance, packaging, marking, transportation, and storage requirements for copper-clad phenolic paper laminates used in printed circuits. This standard applies to copper-clad laminates made from cellulose paper impregnated with phenolic resin, with one or both sides coated with copper foil and heat-pressed together (hereinafter referred to as copper-clad laminates).
