Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and grades, dimensions, shapes, weights, technical requirements, surface quality, test methods, inspection rules, and packaging, marking, and quality certificates for corrosion-resistant alloy rods, coils, and wires. This standard applies to the general requirements for hot-rolled, forged, and cold-drawn rods, hot-rolled coils, and cold-drawn wires (hereinafter collectively referred to as alloy materials) made from corrosion-resistant alloys.
