JJG 124-2005 Amperemeters,Voltmeters,Wattmeters and Ohmmeters
Abstract
This regulation applies to the initial inspection, subsequent inspection, and in-use testing of direct-acting analog indicators for DC and AC (frequency 40Hz~10Hz) electric meters, voltage meters, power meters, and resistance meters (resistance 1Ω~1MΩ), as well as multimeters used for measuring current, voltage, and resistance (all referred to as meters hereinafter).
This regulation does not apply to the inspection of automatic recording meters, digital meters, electronic meters, average voltage meters, peak voltage meters, leakage current meters, three-phase power meters, and electrostatic voltage meters with voltages exceeding 600V.
