GB/T 15689-2008 Oilseeds—Determination of acidity of oils
Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining the acidity of oil in oilseeds, and the results are expressed as acid value or acidity.
The acidity depends on the oil obtained from the general product (pure seeds and impurities); if necessary, the oil obtained from pure seeds or impurities can also be analyzed separately.
This standard is not applicable to the determination of the acidity of oil in lint cotton seeds, oil palm, and olive fruits.
