DB31/ 738-2020 The energy consumption limit per unit product of integrated circuit packaging
Abstract
This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation methods, energy-saving management and measures for the unit product energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) limits of the integrated circuit packaging process (excluding the testing process).
This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of unit product energy consumption in integrated circuit packaging enterprises, as well as the control of energy consumption in new and expanded projects.
This standard does not apply to enterprises engaged in the packaging of integrated circuit modules, smart cards, and memory cards.
