Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements for observation station sites, measurement instruments, the installation and maintenance of total radiation meters, the collection of measurement data, and the organization of measurement data in the measurement of solar energy resources.
This standard is applicable to the measurement of solar energy resources (total radiation), and total radiation observations in meteorological observations can be used for reference.
