GB/T 2099.9-2017 Plugs and socket-outlets for household and similar purposes—Part 2-9:Particular requirements for socket-outlets for information
Abstract
This part of GB/T 2099 specifies the technical requirements for information sockets for household and similar applications, including marking, protection against electric shock, structure, electrical performance, and mechanical performance. This part applies to fixed or mobile sockets used indoors or outdoors for household and similar applications, and for connecting to the Internet and transmitting information. Information sockets are suitable for use in the following ambient temperatures: typically not exceeding +40°C, but with an average temperature of not exceeding +35°C over a 24-hour period, and a minimum ambient air temperature of -5°C. Note: Currently, the information sockets in this part are suitable for telephone interface information sockets, network interface information sockets, and television interface information sockets. Special requirements for other information sockets (such as audio interface information sockets) are currently under consideration.
