Abstract
This section specifies the dimensions required for installing Class IV elevators. In 3.2.4, it is defined that Class IV elevators are typically used for transporting goods.
This section applies to power-driven and hydraulic elevators. The horizontal dimensions of the shaft are usually determined by the entrances and exits and the drive method, including elevators equipped with horizontal and vertical automatic sliding doors.
