Abstract
This document specifies the dimensions and requirements of ordinary threaded inclined oil ports for hydraulic transmission connections, applicable to the connection of stud ends as specified in ISO 6149-2 and ISO 6149-3.
The oil ports specified in this document are suitable for a maximum working pressure of 63 MPa for non-adjustable stud ends, and a maximum working pressure of 40 MPa for adjustable stud ends. The permissible working pressure is determined based on factors such as the size of the oil port, the material, the structure, the working conditions, and the application. The pressure levels are specified in ISO 6149-2 and ISO 6149-3.
Note: It is recommended to use the oil ports specified in this document for new hydraulic system designs.
