Abstract
This standard specifies the technical requirements for the pathogen detection (RT-PCR and fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR detection of viral nucleic acid) and serological detection (hemagglutination inhibition (HI) test) of Caprine para-influenza virus type 3 (CPIV3). This standard is applicable to the laboratory detection of CPIV3 and its infection status in goats.
