GB/T 30839.31-2014 Energy consumption grading for industrial electroheat installations—Part 31:Medium frequency coreless induction furnaces
Abstract
This part of GB/T 30839 specifies the energy consumption parameters, energy consumption range, unit power consumption grade division, and its indicators and measurement methods for medium-frequency coreless induction furnaces (hereinafter referred to as medium-frequency coreless furnaces).
This part is applicable to coreless induction furnaces and iron insulation furnaces that operate at a frequency higher than the mains frequency of 50 Hz and lower than or equal to 1,000 Hz, with a rated capacity ranging from 1 ton to 60 tons, and are powered by medium-frequency semiconductor frequency converters, used for melting steel, copper and its alloys, and aluminum.
