Abstract
This part of GB/Z 20177 defines the specification for transmitting control network protocols over IP channels based on tunnel technology, in which control network data packets are encapsulated in IP packets within the tunnel mechanism. The purpose of this part is to ensure the interoperability among various LONWORKS control network devices that communicate via IP channels.
This part is applicable to the design, manufacture, integration, installation, and maintenance of automation control systems and products, etc.
