Abstract
This document specifies the minimum requirements for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of ship electrical and electronic equipment in terms of emission, immunity, and performance criteria.
This document helps meet the requirements for electromagnetic compatibility specified in Chapter IV, Article 6, and Chapter V, Article 17 of SOLAS 74. This document is referenced in IMO Resolution A.813(19).
The normative part of this document has been included as a standard in the EMC series of standards.
