Abstract
This document describes the method of determining the radionuclides uranium-238 and thorium-232 in iron ore using an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS). This document is applicable to the determination of the radionuclides uranium-238 and thorium-232 in iron ore, iron concentrates, sintered ores, and pellet ores, with the determination range shown in Table 1.
