Abstract
This part of GB/T 15629 is a comprehensive standard for local area networks that adopt CSMA/CD as the access method. This part specifies several media types and technologies with signal rates ranging from 1 Mbit/s to 1,000 Mbit/s. This part provides the necessary specifications for 1 Mbit/s baseband systems, 10 Mbit/s baseband and broadband systems, 100 Mbit/s baseband systems, and 1,000 Mbit/s baseband systems. In addition, this part specifies a method of increasing the system data rate by aggregating multiple physical links with the same rate into a single logical connection.
