GB 5009.240-2023 The Determination of Fumonisin in Foods: National Standards for Food Safety
Abstract
This standard specifies the determination methods of immunoaffinity column purification and post-column derivation high-performance liquid chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and immunoaffinity column purification and pre-column derivation high-performance liquid chromatography for ochratoxin A in food. This standard is applicable to the determination of ochratoxin B1, ochratoxin B2, and ochratoxin B3 (hereinafter referred to as FB1, FB2, and FB3) in grains and their products, infant and young children's cereal complementary foods, and vegetable oils. The first method is immunoaffinity column purification and post-column derivation high-performance liquid chromatography.
