Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining cyclohexylaminosulfonate in food. The first method, gas chromatography, is suitable for determining cyclohexylaminosulfonate in food (except distilled spirits, fermented wine, prepared wine, cooking wine, and other foods containing ethanol). The second method, liquid chromatography, is suitable for determining cyclohexylaminosulfonate in food. The third method, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry, is suitable for determining cyclohexylaminosulfonate in food.
