GB/T 10002.2-2023 Unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC-U)fittings for water supply
Abstract
This document specifies the materials, product classification, requirements, system applicability, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipe fittings (hereinafter referred to as "pipe fittings") made from PVC-U compounding materials by injection molding and pipe bending. It also describes the test methods.
This document applies to hard PVC-U piping systems for indoor or outdoor buried water supply with a water temperature not exceeding 45℃, including general-purpose pressure water transmission and drinking water distribution. It also applies to pressure drainage piping systems.
Note 1: The pressure reduction coefficient between 0℃ and 45℃ is provided in Appendix A of GB/T 10002.1-2023.
