This document specifies the technical requirements for the finished products, materials, internal quality, appearance quality, and dimensions of ordinary rubber bearings, describes the corresponding sampling and testing methods, and stipulates the inspection rules and aspects such as marking, packaging, transportation, and storage. It also provides information that facilitates the product classification, marking, and structural design of technical specifications.
This document is applicable to the design, production, inspection, and use of plate rubber bearings (hereinafter referred to as plate bearings) with a designed vertical bearing capacity of less than 10 MN and basin rubber bearings (hereinafter referred to as basin bearings) with a designed vertical bearing capacity of less than 100 MN used in bridges or other structures.
