Abstract
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography method and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry confirmation method for the determination of tetrodotoxin (TTX) in aquatic products.
This standard is applicable to the determination and confirmation of TTX in puffer fish, textured snails, shrimp, oysters, clams, and squid.
The detection limit of this standard method is 0.05mg/kg.
