GB/T 3683-2023 Rubber hoses and hose assemblies—Wire-braid-reinforced hydraulic types for oil-based or water-based fluids—Specification
Abstract
This document specifies the requirements for six types of steel wire braided reinforced hoses and hose assemblies with a nominal inner diameter of 5 to 51 mm. This document also specifies the requirements for hoses and hose assemblies of type 2SN and type R2AT with a nominal inner diameter of 63 mm, and hoses of type 2SN with a nominal inner diameter of 76 mm.
This document applies to hoses and hose assemblies used with the following media:
—— HH, HL, HM, HR, and HV oil-based hydraulic fluids defined in ISO 67434 within a temperature range of -40 °C to +100 °C;
—— HFC, HFAE, HFAS, and HFB water-based hydraulic fluids defined in ISO 67434 within a temperature range of 0 °C to +70 °C;
—— Water within a temperature range of 0 °C to +70 °C.
This document does not include requirements for pipe fittings, and is limited to the requirements for hoses and hose assemblies.
Note: It is the user's responsibility to consult with the hose manufacturer to confirm the compatibility of the hose with the fluid being used.
