Abstract
This part of GB/T 12688 specifies the gas chromatography method for determining the content of oxidized compounds such as benzaldehyde, benzalacetone, oxidized styrene, benzyl ketone, phenol, and p-tert-butyl catechol (TBC) in industrial styrene.
This part is applicable to the determination of industrial styrene with a benzaldehyde content ranging from 5 mg/kg to 300 mg/kg, and the content of oxidized compounds such as benzalacetone, oxidized styrene, benzyl ketone, phenol, and TBC ranging from 1 mg/kg to 100 mg/kg.
