Abstract
This document stipulates the general requirements for the quality of laboratory animals, the qualifications of animal experimenters, the requirements for animal experiments, risk assessment and risk control, and management related to biosafety in animal experiments. This document is applicable to the management of laboratory animals, animal experimenters, and experimental processes, as well as the daily management of laboratories when conducting animal experiments such as inspections, tests, and evaluations in biosafety laboratories.
