Abstract
This standard stipulates the basic principles of social insurance services, as well as the basic requirements for service systems, service guarantees, service provision, service supervision, evaluation, and improvement.
This standard applies to the service activities of social insurance agencies at all levels. Social insurance authorities designated, authorized, or entrusted by law, as well as agencies entrusted by social insurance agencies to provide social insurance services, may refer to and apply this standard accordingly.
